Privacy policy
This policy explains the processing of personal data related to the Raddox collar presentation website. It does not cover a future mobile application, customer account or online shop.

1. Data controller
The data controller is Raddox SAS, with its registered office at 1 rue Marguerin, 75014 Paris, France. For questions or to exercise your rights, email [email protected].
Before public launch: complete the company registration details and add DPO contact details if one is appointed.
2. Data, purposes and retention

3. How GeoIP works
Detection takes place on the OVHcloud server, with no GeoIP API called from the browser. It is used solely to suggest the default language when the visitor reaches the site root. Direct links to French and English pages remain available, and the manual raddox-lang preference always takes priority.
An IP address can be personal data. GeoIP is therefore described here with other technical data. It does not determine a street address, city or GPS location, and may be inaccurate, for example when a visitor uses a VPN or corporate network.
4. Cookies and similar technologies
The site uses only the first-party raddox-lang cookie to remember the language chosen by the user. It contains no advertising identifier or browsing history. This interface preference is necessary for the requested service, so no consent banner is displayed for this cookie alone.
This version of the site does not load advertising cookies, social-media pixels, retargeting technologies or analytics tools. Any future non-essential tracker, including analytics, advertising, social-media or chat tools, will require an update to this policy and, where required, valid prior consent.
5. Recipients and rights
Authorised Raddox staff and OVH SAS, 2 rue Kellermann, 59100 Roubaix, France, may process the technical data needed to host the site. Raddox does not send the GeoIP country code to an analytics or advertising provider in this version.
